Welcome! This web site provides a window into the activities of the
Christian Science community in Ontario
This is a lay
church in which every member has equal standing with God. With the
Holy
Bible and Science and Health, with Key to the Scriptures,
(the Christian Science textbook) by Mary
Baker Eddy, as our pastor, Christian Scientists turn to prayer and
these two books for counsel and healing. Christian Science was discovered in 1866 by Mary Baker Eddy when she was immediately healed by reading her Bible. Find out more about the history of Christian Science and the numerous healing of those who have turned to it at ChristianScience.com. Convinced that God had healed her, she spent the next several years searching the Scriptures to understand the principle behind her healing. She named her discovery Christian Science and explained it in 1875 when she wrote Science and Health. |

Wednesday All are Welcome to attend!
Our Sunday service starts at 10:00 AM. Our Sunday School meets at the same time. Child care is provided for children too young to attend Sunday School or church service. Wednesday Evening at 7:30 PM all are welcome to come and share how prayer has made a difference in their life, and how Christian Science has let to healing. Every service includes inspirational reading from the Bible and Science and Health. There is no ordained clergy in a Christian Science church. The Holy Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, which is our denominational textbook, serve as our Pastor. Weekly lessons are based on the Bible and Science and Health. The weekly Bible lessons are published in the Christian Science Quarterly. These Bible lessons are read worldwide in all Christian Science churches by a First and Second reader (elected by and from the church membership).
